3. Secure Payment Processing

We take payment security seriously. All payments are encrypted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (PayPal, Stripe).

Underthinker does not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

4. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please ensure your billing and contact information is accurate to avoid any delays.

5. High-Value Order Verification (Orders Above $400)

For security purposes and to protect our customers from unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, any order with a total value above $400 USD will require email confirmation from the customer before processing.

After the order is placed, our team will contact you via the email address provided at checkout. Your order will remain on hold until we receive your confirmation.

This verification step ensures that the purchase was intentionally made by you and not by any unauthorized party.

6. Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment fails or is declined by your card issuer or payment provider, we will notify you immediately. Common reasons include insufficient funds, incorrect billing address, or international restrictions. Please contact your bank or use an alternative payment method to complete your order.

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, all orders are subject to fraud screening and verification checks. We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order that raises suspicion, or request additional information to verify payment details.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you encounter an issue with your order, we strongly encourage you to contact support@underthinker.us first before filing a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and fairly via our Refund Policy.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay or complicate the resolution process and could result in permanent account restrictions.

9. Billing Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information when making a purchase. It is your responsibility to update your payment and contact details to ensure proper transaction processing.

What payment methods do you accept?

When will I get my order?

We proudly offer worldwide shipping via DHL, USPS, and other prestigious firms! Please note order processing time is typically 7-10 business days.
Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 20 business days. Please check specific delivery and processing time at product checkout.

Please note: Your order may split into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will be notified and receive a tracking number for each separate shipment.

Can I add or remove products from my order?

Sorry! To ensure your order arrives on time, we generally begin processing an order as soon as it is placed. As a result we are unable to make any changes to your order after it is placed.
